I completed my training as a Jungian Analyst/Analytical Psychologist with the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA).
I completed my Counselling and Psychotherapy training at WPF Therapy and hold the Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (WPF) and Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies (Roehampton). Previously, I received an MA in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London and a BA in English from University of Pennsylvania.

United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)
In addition to my clinical practice I have done counselling and assessment work for a national employee assistance programme provider.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a successful career as a senior manager in a high-pressured creative industry and am well aware of the strains and stresses of working life.
